Product Playbook
The human product craft, across the whole function (product management, product design, product marketing, research/analytics): the six-phase operating loop, the taste and judgement system (craft, the customer model), the discipline guides, and the templates that go with them.
This is the judgement layer: how the product team runs day to day.
Layering rule.
product-playbookmay reference ProductOS core (the anchors in../anchors/and the method guides in../guides/); ProductOS core never referencesproduct-playbook. The dependency runs one way. Craft cross-references stay relative within this directory; references up into core point at the in-repo core docs.
