Tempo: the Worked Example
Tempo is a fictional team-scheduling product for multi-location service operators (gyms, dental groups, care providers). It exists to give every ProductOS template a filled-in example next to the blank shape, one company, carried through the whole method. Everything about Tempo, its customers, and its numbers is invented.
